Can hone the rust out and measure to see if they’ll fit the same size pistons. More than likely it will need an overbore though.

I think that just means it doesn't specifically discourage barnacle growth like boat bottom paints for storage in water.

Yup fits the stock superjet bolt pattern, Crap I forgot about the tank strap cause mines actually only got one going diagonally right now lol. It should clip to the screws that are there for the battery strap but if not I can add another set of screws.

Idk seems to me like roll angle would have little to do with function of the reeds, I know this isn't the answer your looking for but if you can give it some throttle to save it what about just upping the idle a touch? Is your idle set very low right now? I'm not sure whether these carbs deliver...

Does it die with throttle when leaned or only at idle?

Would that really happen that quick? In my experience takes a couple seconds at full throttle to even burn all the fuel between the fuel selector and the carb on an sj, and there's alot more line than that between the tank and carb on a blaster. At the same time I don't really have a better...

Could do that, I was planning on making the bolt spacing bigger to accommodate both bar sizes and just get different clamps, but was to lazy to make clamps right now so figured I'd make it fit the stock ones lol. Made a stud quick for this plate:
