Shot in the dark here but all this prop size talk has me wondering how many of you that contributed to this thread believed the numbers on the prop or package vs what they actually measure out to be in a pitch gauge??? I had one brand new from skat that was off by 2 and 3 degrees depending on...
5 layers of 19 oz 12k carbon will be more than enough for a bottom deck. just as long as you never run the strands in the same direction as any of the other layers. I'm assuming this will be a vacuum bagged epoxy layup?

I have been dealing with Chris all along. I swapped ALL the other items from stator to coil to rectifier. finally the only resolution I got was installing a stock cdi on my 1105 with a dry pipe. even with the instant rev limiter it ran better than it did with the epic. so far I have wasted...
I learned that the 1105 with the light weight PHP crank needs a slightly bigger pilot. I'm at a 130 now and have the low speed screw past 1 1\2. I'm going to try a 132.5 and see if I can't get it closer. I do not like having screws on a full spectrum any more than 1 full turn. A conversation...

The top deck around footholds filled with 2 part foam and sealed off before bonding. The entire tray, bulkhead back is packed tight with 2" eps foam. There is no room for any more foam in the hull. They will all go down under the right circumstances.

I would think that is why it's canceled. that's grounds for prison sentencing and shutting down a business. I have not read the articles but if alcohol is involved and it was supplied by the bar I could see it being forced to shut down. This really sucks.

Yes its all 62t. I put a timing tape on tonight and ran on a timing light. It held a flat 20 degree curve. At low rpm the light and timing marks on the tape jumped all over but under throttle and revving it held at what I had it set for. The only exception was it was 5 degrees out from my...
Back from the dead here. I tried my HX3 with the jetnetics wheel tonight and it ran like total crap. It seemed really lean and kept shutting off. Same jetting that just worked on total loss. I'm going over everything tonight.

I'm doing the same as far as the prop. I have a 13/19 in my 155 now and nozzles are at 89 and 93. It's still all up top power. I don't ride in that rpm range. I'm looking for a 10/17 or 10/18 for my 155 if anyone reading this has one to sell.
