I have not. I assumed 500cca was enough but maybe its not? Its a brand new battery. When it catches, it normally fires right up. It did when it was on the stand and when I first took it out.

I almost want to ditch my TL but replacing all of that sounds like a headache I dont want/need with the little time I have for riding anyways

Bushing felt tight but I will check again when adding some lube. Bendix is new so hopefully I still have all of the teeth.

Ski is new to me, less than 30 min of tray time. Some oil residue in the bottom of the cover when I pulled it off and wiped it up. Other than that, thats how it looked when I pulled it off.

I will test it with a voltmeter. I don’t have an extra Noco to test. I had the same issues with an antigravity battery thus warranted the purchase of the Noco.

That's whats weird to me. Some times it fires right up, others you get whats in the video. Maybe I had two bad starters?

Finally got a new bendix installed and everything buttoned back up...noise is still there. Put my ear closer and sounds like the starter is fried. Sounds like a winch when its engaged. Does a DASA motor use a OEM yamaha starter or is there a better option? Thanks!
