after some research it looks like for a type 9 to fit in a SN there is alot of hood and hull triming needed which i really dont want to do to my ski, type 4 and free ride pipes are the same correct? and may only need minor triming if at all?

i only have a msd enhancer but run my static at +3degrees over stock. i am going to have my flywheel lightend and my nozzle opend to 85mm should help the overload issue i think, assuming i ever find a type9

i have water comeing out of the chamber at the manifold end not at the pisser, my pipe only has one jacket near the manifold, i was told its mabe a type 8 and that they were notorious for cracking

i just switchd this season from my modded stock cdi to msd, the msd was better forsure but not a major improvement. the nice thing about the msd is u can accuratly adjust rev limit, im sure there are better ones out there but the msd is a great start, ignition is just another piece of the puzzle...

Run that motor at variable speeds with constant throttle blips allowing it to heat up and seat the rings, stay a way from full throttle, first run mabe 10min and let it cool down between runs, each run go alittle longer little harder after a few gallons of this she be ready to let her rip...
