York and Baltimore aren't very close....but there's a large group of us that ride Annapolis and Kent Island pretty often.

I wouldn't run the 120 before the filter, especially in surf. Move it after the filter, will provide the same result but with less chance of a melt down.

No dog in this fight either, but when Tim was selling the pipes himself he was clear that you only received the manifold, pipe, and box. He never advertised it as a kit, I believe that happened after others began to distribute.
I sent your buddy a list of hardware to make his life easier.
I used a mold of the bottom of the tank to make a tray that allows room for turf and then attached that to the hull.
This is the only pic I have, I cleaned it up prior to install obviously.

I rode my new setup yesterday for the very first time. The water temp is about 50 and I had no issues getting the pipe up to temperature. My initial setup is a 90 in the spray bar, with the jetworks valve opening to the stinger at around 4k. I plan to just feel this out as water temps rise...
Finally got my ski all buttoned up and to ride it for the first time yesterday. The water is still very cold here but I was able to easily get the pipe to temperature. I'm running a new engine setup so my focus was on carbs but I'm excited to get to dial the pipe in more. Right now I am...
Try it first, I ran a raider chamber that didn't need a dent. But I also had mine cut down a couple inches.
This is a far superior pipe, good choice.

I keep seeing people suggest the Edge isn't easy to flip. It's one of the easiest skis to flip that I've ever ridden. I rode a 701 setup in Daytona and was flipping it easily. I have no doubt it will easily flip off of boat wakes.

I think it's a bit of a stretch to compare buying an engine to buying a part. While I agree that customer service is important and that some do it very well, I don't necessarily equate wait time with poor service for a build to order engine.
We aren't pulling a part off the shelf, perhaps...
I've gotten pretty used to just lifting it into my truck. When I'm home I put the ski on my other cart so I can load the jet lift first. Then at the ramp I usually just ask a buddy to help to make sure I don't scratch my truck.
