How do the VF II reed cages work with a stock 62t manifold if I decide to run the stock 38's for now?

I gotcha. Well I think I would need an actual Vforce specific manifold because sport spec doesn't allow for any porting/modification of the intake manifold.

I'm building a spec class blaster with a stock 62t, head (185psi), and bpipe. Trying to decide which carbs to run. It sounds like 46's may be a little more for my application...? Should I stick with the 38's, bump up to 44's, or still go with 46's like I'm thinking about? Thanks

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe lowered hoods also lower the center of gravity thereby assisting you in achieving that last bit of rotation on rolls(if you need it that is). Could be negligble though. :dunno:
