I ordered the pole from Thrust since thats where I got everything else to make it easier. I emailed Brian yesterday to see what to do. Havent heard anything back yet. I will call a little later to check again.
Good information. Probably should have asked that before I bought the pole. Yes it is the xmetal. Ill measure it when I get home. Pretty sure its the standard length.

After a year drooling over every hurricane hull I saw being produced by The Ski Clinic I decided to purchase one. This is my very first aftermarket hull build and am pretty excited to get it here. Any pointers/hints/what not to do is appreciated. Lol

I did a quick test on mine yesterday. I completely sealed up my squarenose hood with gorilla tape so the air was only coming through the pole bracket. After a couple minutes I could hear the air being sucked in through the pole bracket hole. Lol and the engine felt like a 300cc kawi.

Most of the time I have that random person that shows interest in my skis and we will end up hanging out until one of us leaves. I usually ride in a cove or at the end of the lake so people can see me.
