LOL!!! Not to worry Mikesee. These guys are buddies and are always stirring it up with each other. They're riding buddies for the most part. As you cruise the forums you'll see more of their shinigans about. Check out some FoToe FRYday threads in the Pics n Vids section. It's all in good fun...
Seriously pissed at the gaps, ad timing, lag, getting booted lamo!! It's still way better than nothing, but dammmmmmmm that was frustrating. Video, no sound at the finals presentation. Refresh didn't work lolololololol. Wow. Thank gawd for beer.
I'll post some up when I get on the computer. I've got some now on my phone of the RRP, but I'd like to get some of a PFP too, so you can see the different water routing. But for the most part it's pretty straight forward when you see one. Pressure test the chamber to make sure it doesn't have...
Still looked like you guys had a great time. Always watching the vids you guys put up. Good stuff! I haven't ridden in 5 weeks.... It's killin me. I'm liven through you guys!!
Right on. I get all funky when I get back on a SJ now lmao! So used to the Hurricane now. The more you ride it the more you'll like it. I think it's a very well balanced hull.
If I was going to be there you could definitely take mine for a rip. I'm only 8 hours away from havasu, but work is killin me lately and can't make it. Hopefully there's some there to ride. They are pretty amazing.
Yes on getting it out of the tray. Also lets you use two hands and is much quicker to get the hood on and off. I used the stock strap from the clinic on it, just cut it to length, looped it around the ratchet etc... I can get more detailed pics if anyone is interested. I just like it because...
I'm also running a glass hull and it's awesome. So is my son and we're loving the ride. Like said above, it flips and spins real good. And it will chase a boat down, which is semi rare for a flatwater hull. We've chased quite a few up here and it does good. If I had the cash I'd do a carbon for...
Mine's still working awesome. Going to be calling ^ soon for this winters upgrades. Not sure if it will help at all, but if you guys get in a pinch for an RRP pipe, maybe hit up Taylor Curtis. He may be able to help out a little.
Riding style has so much to do with fuel consumption, as stated before. My son had a 650 in a cordon BG2 with a type 4 pipe and went through his 2 gal kart tank in 25 to 30 minutes. But he was ON it a lot trying to squeeze all the power he could from it. At that same time I was on a 781, tl...
3 turns out on main / high end is maxed. One turn out on pilot / low end is maxed. The low end is debatable somewhat though. Can't remember the reason why (I've heard it a couple times now and always forget) but Ed at FastCarbs said it somewhere, but it may be for a some specific situation...
