What size somes are you running? I have 30cc (the largest for a 750) and I'm getting about 170psi. My port timing has been...

    FX-1 FX-1 Nozzle boring

The small outlet you are refering to is for the yamaha fountain. What I'm refering to is the large pump exit nozzle. Boring this will allow more water to flow increasing bottom end thrust. I increased the bore 2mm anyway and is seems to have plenty of meat left.

    x-2 compression numbers

I'd pull the cylinder check for damage then install a new gasket. If your at 200psi and only running pump gas that might...

    FX-1 FX-1 Nozzle boring

Anyone bore there nozzle out on the FX-1. Doesn't look like there is much meat there to bore. Is there a safe proven size that is possible? Don't want to break the steering nozzle mounts off.

    Chopping a ski

The best thing to use to cut it is a cutting disk on your grinder. Cuts really easy and leaves a smooth edge. You can also use the same cutting disk to cut the rideplate.

New - X2 Hood Chop Kit

I have put this kit together in order to chop your stock hood and utilize the excellent drainage system of the stock hood. Believe it...
