Have you picked a color? I used duplicolor automotive spraypaint on my RN, I didn't cover the whole thing, but I looks sharp. My best advice is to wet sand and buff the clear. It really helps the shine. That epoxy paint mentioned above is super strong too... Keep up the good work, sounds...

To answer a earlier question: I found when refoaming my ski with the purple hardware store sheet foam, standing the foam up vertically, vs. laying it in horizontally gives more support in the tray.

Yeah, I had a similar problem on one of my skis. Took apart the start stop (like the actual button) and found all kinds of goop buried under there. Sometimes you can clean and rebuild, sometimes they're just corroded so bad you have to replace or get parts.
