Could be dirty terminal on battery or earth or live to starter , take leads off battery and give them good clean with sandpaper and re fit then follow earth lead from battery to starter and make sure it's on tight and not lose or hanging on by few strands or wire ?? Can be a fiddle to do with...

First check you have 12v coming back from stop start when you press to start ? At this point there's not to much to go wrong as you tested starter , power from battery straight to starter solenoid live off to fuse ,then s/s switch then back to s/s solenoid to make open circuit.
