I broke my back this summer t4, t5, t7, but got away with no spinal cord damage, and no surgery. Still a 5 month recovery time, so I'd like to find some sort of brace that would just limit my movement a little to prevent further damage. Any suggestions?

Just stop dreaming. $5000 is for JUST the tpe engine. Then add in a PFP exhaust ($1500) total loss ignition ($1200) 49mm carbs($1500) mag pump($1000+) and the list keeps going. A Rickter can flip with a 701 and a b-pipe. Buy the hull, pole, and pipe. Best money spent.

Rend used to make ride plates that were sheet aluminum bent via press brake. Not sure where you'd find one of those relics, though. Quinc, I may sell some parts from time to time. Don't want to kill myself filling orders instead of riding. I'll just build and sell when it fits my schedule.

Worst case, find a shop with a plunge EDM (electrode discharge machining). That will get the broken bolts out.

Use o-rings around the dome, and sealant around the outer edge of the head to keep water from seeping out.

Let me save you some agony. After helping a friend put a 787 in a stand up, I can tell you that it is a tight fit with any pipe (we had 4 or 5 to choose from). It isn't that fast. It is NOT good for freestyle. So, if you want a 750sxi with a 787, I know where you can buy one.
