The cylinder side head-chamber bolt lost bite and actually stripped through. I had suspected this may happen when I originally torqued it down...Just didn't feel right. Luckily I had the proper helicoil. Finished that and re jetted the carbs. Water test today or tmrw...

Got her on the lake yesterday. She's in need of some serious tuning. Had the low speed screw bottomed. Need more time with her. Also need to replace the b pipe head gasket. She was spitting oil and exhaust all over.

Had a bunch of time last night to work on the ski. I've been waiting on a steering bracket from Tem and as off yesterday, it still hadn't shown up. Sooo... I made my own out of aluminum scrap I had laying around. It's not the prettiest, but it works perfect. Thinking of slapping a Blowsion...

Got ahold of Tem. He has a specific bracket that holds the cable. Hope to have it soon. Apparently a stock SJ turn plate stop can be used...or a large bolt...or a U bolt. Sounds like whatever works

This is my thought as well... I figured I would center the ball arm couplers in the the middle of the threaded ends to allow for adjustment.

I'm not sure what size these clamps are at though. From what I understand they were bored out already by #zero to some off size to fit mountain bike bars?

Been making some progress lately. Motor, electronics, pipe, tank are all in. Pump is finally in. Pole is on. Steering is mounted. Unfortunately the rrp bar clamps don't fit the fat bars I had. I have a nice rrp bar from my old setup that I can run but I need clamps that fit that standard size...

Won't be ready by then...Next year!
