Awesome EZ-SKI HITCH HAULERS THE ONLY CARRIER BUILT STRONG ENOUGH TO HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY. ...PERIOD

Whoaaaa that main tube on that carrier is QUITE long. ( this makes for a TON of leverage working against your receiver and suspension) As a rule i try to keep the ski as close to the rear of the vehicle as possible.

good job man ... just some piece of mind for that pretty ski!!

P.S you did a very nice job converting the cargo carrier.. i wasnt knocking your work .. just relaying that the base unit that you started with WILL break ( a matter of time honestly) ..Chris

I agree on purchasing a hauler instead of using a cargo carrier converted. The main support on that cargo hauler looks to be possibly .090 wall square tubing ( judging this based off of how sharp the 90deg edges are) I build my carriers using .250 wall square tubing ( literally 2.75x stronger...

i know i know .... i have one " out in the field being used" and i have made two "adjustments " to it so far .. hope 3rd time is a charm... then i will go into producing them .

UPDATE: NEW v2 ADJUSTABLE bunk width carriers are ready... ( mostly for those with multiple skis) The one in the pic was built for a customer that has a SuperJET and also a SEADOO XP!!! still same lifetime warranty of course ..
