single spark when you let go the start button can be from three reasons: 1.pulser coil not connected\not good. you can check impedance at the ebox to be sure. and double check wires connections. 2.bad flywheel magnets. 3.bad cdi\not installed properly. the oem cdi can work without pulser coil...
