I've run the mariner and the westcoast. The mariner makes a little more power and better note but I found the westcoast more robust as it has only the one clamping join. The coffmans and factory pipe are a step above these two.
If you still have the fuel door then utilise the old hole that accomodated the oil reservoir guage and neck. You can get access out on the water without opening the hood but its still nicely tucked away. :smile:

Those cases are Westcoast 650 race cases not 750. Heres a pic from an early 90's catalogue.

I don't get it, both the 650 and 750 kawa pumps are 140mm and a 750 or sxr prop goes in a 650 housing by taking 6mm off the hub. Whats the update besides giving yourself a a fibreglass job?
