    300/440/550 550 hell....

    Mine did the same thing when i got it, if you have the same problem then it is a bad ground to the starter. my ground was on my intake manifold, i relocated it to the rear bracket for the starter after i sanded the bracket down to bare metal and that fixed my problem. Good Luck

    You get to learn about piston ports, and also from what i have seen, 550/701 builds are pretty interesting in my opinion, i would love to actually see how one would perform.
