Did the xfr feel uncomfortable because it rode nose high a lot? The edge just looks like a more comfortable ski which is why I think I'm beginning to lean that way. Not to mention that I got specs and was surprised that the edge is shorter and lighter.

I'm looking to purchase a new hull and am cosidering either the edge or xfr. Has anyone rode either of them with a 701 limited setup? I have concerns that the edge might be a hair long and that the xfr may be a hair short. I dont want to bob all over the place but do want to flip off a boat...

Thanks for the input vumad! Does it make a difference if I am running the Mod instead of the limited? I saw another post that was close to your recommendation but on the factory pipe site they say 145 Main and 120 Pilot. The conflicting info is making me wonder what I really need to get...sorry

I just got the Mod Factory Pipe for my 2000 SJ and so far its all stock. We normally ride at less than 1000 ft. It looks to me that Factory pipe recommends 145 Main and 120 Pilot. Does this sound right or am I missing something? It doesnt seem to be inline with jjk8's recommendations. Any...

Any chance we can just adjust the high and low speeds on the factory carb? If not, is it worth changing the jets or would a new carb be a better consideration?

Thanks! I just found a you tube video of how to do it. Now I just need to figure out what size jets I need and where to start the adjustments when I get it put back together.
