Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the old motor mounts off of my bed plate? The old mounts went bad and now I cant seem to get the bolts out because they are still mounted to the metal portion of the motor mount that came out when I tried to remove them... I have tried torch...

hmm, so many options. How much do you think a good 650 motor with all the electrics will run? Think it would be hard to modify the motor mount plate for?

The exhaust issue may actually work out better for me. I forgot to mention when I was refering to this 550 hull that the exhaust port had been moved to the right side of the ski instead of it being in the stock left hand side location. The previous wrencher moved the exhaust port and placed it...

Go to your local auto parts store and pick up a sheet of gasket material. You can cut your gaskets out of that. As for the ceramic coating, you can use the high heat spray paints, they work well and are much cheaper then sending them off ($7.97 per can). BarefootPolaris
