I would suggest replacing with a brand new collar from Yamaha. A new one will have a tight fit.

Some Yamaha sit down models use the same Bearing housing. Like a GP1200r. And the on that model the rubber mounts for coupler cover are on the engine and the other end bolts to the bearing housing. That's why it had a threaded boss. Yamaha likes to use same parts across different models.

The 8 case bolt are available from Yamaha and super reasonable. Not sure about bed plate bolts.
