Custom/Hybrid 155 pump?

What about centre of driveshaft to top of wear ring mounting surface? Mine was the same as the 144 and it still cleared my hull and ride plate still fit. Just.

Looks like 2 1/2" on the 144 and 2 3/4" on the 155, that measurement is a little hard to get accurately

Probably need a set or R Haas shorter engine mounts he is making for the conversion skis or mill 1/4 off the bottom of the bedplate wings

Why don't you make the intake grate wider so it goes side to side?

You made the pump tunnel so much bigger, but forcing no more water then stock into it!?

This seems to be the trend on the Jap boats and it seems to be working !

I am able to get more than enough water to the pump as is. But your right. I could widen the top loader fin on my grate. The wider intake duct really effects handling more so at higher speeds.

My jet dynamic grate hangs down. It is "the most aggressive " grate.

what impellers are being ran? I've had a 155 with trim and the JD shoe in a box waiting for winter to put in my blaster.

umm, jetmaniac, berky, and myself have compared several 155's and they were all about 1/8" or 3/16" longer on the reduction nozzle holes.

I double checked it this morning when Jetmaniac posted that up and they were the same, just to be sure I checked it again with a set of vernier calipers, holes are exactly the same 206.5mm from farthest edge of reduction nozzle mounting hole to farthest edge of wear ring mounting hole.

Ok so I have a 155 pump with trim out of a Raider. The wear ring doesnt quite touch the pump shoe. Will the Jet Dynamics pump shoe help fill up that gap (about 3/16") or is there another wear ring that I can use that will close up the gap and run a rubber seal like the SJ 144 pump? My 155 Raider pump bolts right in to the factory SJ mounting holes btw.

I think Pacific used the WDK pump shoe, at least thats what it looks like to me. Does anyone have a picture of the Jet Dynamics pump shoe??

Every time I find one they are using a pic of a JD#36, I have yet to find a pic of a JD #155
