Yes I got it started, my buddy had to hold the crankcase drain all the way open while we turned it over. It finally started so I don't know if it was flooded that bad? Let it run for about a minute then tried again an hour later. Had to do the same thing.

Disconnect the fuel when you shut it off. If it works fine, then your needles are leaking and flooding the motor. Either way, sounds lke you need some carb work.

Test for spark. Knowing how its jetted, and your description It may only be running on one cylinder.

Finally got this beast to the lake and started enough to do some investigating. I ran it wide open then hit the kill switch while I floated back to shore. It definitely seems like it is only running on one cylinder. Pull the plugs and the front one was soaked but the back was golden brown. Switched the plugs and same thing in the front, switch the coils and same thing again. So I was going to pull the head off and check things out, but I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. The ski was pretty quick till you hold it wide open. What should I be looking for when I pull the head off? Also when I bought the ski both cylinders had similar compression at about 180 psi, shouldn't it be higher with the mods?
