Just a quick question for you guys. I don't even like asking, but all I got is my 550, and I wanna come out and play with the big dogs (will see if I can't work out a deal to maybe find a sj down there, or the way down there, or at least the way back)

Anyhow, my question is if I smash the hell out of my ski, is there going to be a way to get 550 stuff down there, or should I try to bring as much backup parts as I can, even if that means leaving behind extra clothes/car ride snacks/etc...????

And the side question, will I be the only 550 out there?

There was a 3d there last year and a 550 is much more 'acceptable' than that. :biggrin:
Just show up, with or without a ski. I'd let you ride my SJ, as would alot of others I think.

yeah... there will be another 550 there. Maybe a few... Just get here and we will get ya on a ski. You can ride mine even... These rides are all about whoring other peoples skis.... come on man, get with the program.

I am so glad you asked because I did not want to :sneaky: I should be there and it was eather bring my 550 or just show up. I had no desire to bring the wifey's couch even if it was allowed. :nono: :nono: :nono:

We want chicks there too... my wife goes and most everyone else brings theirs too..

There was a dude RIPPING it up at the Jersey Rager last year in those big a$$ waves on a 550! Bring it down. I'll let you ride the SXR if I can ride the 550!

rules:
  1. no more than one flip completed in the surf or off wake in your lifetime.
  2. 6 riders, 10 min. session
  3. you must at the least nose it in and remain on the ski no inverted sub landing will count
  4. over-rotated landings will count as completed flips. no let goes will count though. you must remain on the ski
if you are interested in this let me know via PM.

I will arrange for a sponsor to give some goodies for the winner... maybe a sticker too...

I think everyone would agree that spectators are very welcome. besides, it's a public beach.
