2007 Superjet

http://www.yamaha-motor.com/waverunner/products/modelspecs/139/0/specs.aspx

I'm sure everyone has already seen it, but what does everyone think?

I was under the impression that the 2007 Superjet was going to be totally redesigned.

After a quick glance at the gallery and specs it looks to me that once again the Superjet has only received a new set of graphics.

:Banane01: :woot:  I personally wouldn't have changed a thing. The superjet is fine the way it is.:Banane01: :hail:

Well, maybe a...

-Stroker Lamey
-B-pipe
-footholds
-etc

...directly from the factory would be nice.

I think the graphics are sweet, but i agree that the superjet does need a new body design or something. How long has the body been the same? 10 years?

Looks like they may have changed the spark plugs that came in it... maybe not? I first time I have seen the "R" on the yamaha factory spec sheet.

But it looks great, but kinda korny that Yamaha did yellow like the new SXR.

Oh, how cute.

I like how Yamaha is looking into it's past for inspiration with the yellow graphics and grey chin pad.
Just like my '90 square nose.

I always knew that square noses were sexy and cool.

I just bought a 2006, and I would have to say there are definety things that need to be changed.
The factory turf, impeller, and intake definetly suck. They are also still priced more than an SXR.

I havent changed my impellor or intake on my SXR. Both stock. (SXR impeller is a SOLAS swirl stainless, stock.)

The least yamaha could do is:

Intake Grate
Impeller (that stock one is such a POS)
Bars

I don't get why they can't at least throw the Waveblaster impeller on it :bs2:

Aren't the stock mats Hydroturf?
