Ok called them up this morning and they said we don't need no stinking reservation, just show up, pick out a site and camp, pretty damn simple if you ask me and that is one of the reasons I like this particular date for the ride.

I assume you WILL be accepting money for food?!!!! Another idea-if you provided a grill, we can all bring some charcoal and food for the grill. Do you have a charcoal grill? If not is there one at the pavillion? I also assume there are grills at the campsites?

I am bringing the redneck special 55 gallon drum monster charcoal grill to the boat ramp, and taking it back to the campsite that night, not sure if there are grills at the campsites, last year I brought my own, donations of charcoal ,Corona or money will be happily accepted of course, trust me Gil this is pretty much the extent of what I am doing as far as the ride goes.

Me and Gil were discussing this last night, the water is fairly deep there so beach stands are probably out, what I had in mind was to use the dock below and park the skis on it,maybe bring an old doormat or car mat to slip over the edge so you can pull the skis up on it without scratching them up .For you guys without scuppers it looks like a bunch of skis could be tied up along the square deck there at the end of the pier.I also am seriously considering just leaving my trailer in the water at the right side of the dock in the second pic if it is shallow enough, my trailer ids due for a rebuild anyway lol. I will probably make a trip up with the next couch I have to water test to see if there are any shallow spots where stands could possibly be used. At worst it beats the setup in Daytona having to pull skis up over the wall.

I am still waiting on this ride to show up in the freeride event calender section of the X. Otherwise I ain't coming because it is NOT a OFFICIAL freeride!!!! I only go to freerides where I can win a plaque, t-shirt, and buy a beer band!!! Get it together dammit!!!
