You BET it will last 10 min. You have no facts at all. I see that it looks like and is thin. But since I am not an idiot, Im not gonna say it will break in 10 min. Cause I havent seen it in person or one like it. Im not defending it Im just saying that you guys assume A LOT and tell it like it is fact. I NEVER open my mouth unless I know its the absolute truth. Speculating something is one thing but telling it as fact is another.

let me put it this way.

I'll put my money where my mouth is. $100 says that plate won't last 10 minutes under a ski in real riding conditions as is. No further reinforcement - just drill holes for mounting bolts, bolt it up and go.

of course, Harrison might have to sacrifice his highly prized Team Bill carbon fiber ride plate...

As for the rideplate, I get composite stuff from a friend of mine and w/I open the box it's pretty amazing at how rough the stuff looks at 1st. (The rare times he allows me to pay him it does not even cover the cost of materials.) But after a few minutes of sanding and doing the finishing work it looks good! With that said, if you pay 2-300 for a composite ride plate, it should be ready to bolt on and proudly display, you pay much less, and you should get to participate in the work effort some.

thats not a very NICE rideplate, but I think it would probably work just fine......we have run a couple of them here that are way thinner than that..

what excuse can Goose possibly have for keeping BK's adhesive gun for over a year, returning dirty, gunky, or full of glue - and for that shtty excuse of a ride plate in exchange for the loan of the gun? BK finally told him to just keep the gun and pay him $50 for it. Do you think that plate is worth $50?

If that's the type of pride you guys put in your work - I surely won't have to eat my words for any hull you build.

if everyone is gonna want one why arent people beating down the door to get one.... why are complete kits being sold with out hoods.... if i am buying a complete kit.. i'd expect it to come with the hood too at the time of delivery.....

i have no dreams or aspirations to ride a boat like this.... i'm sure if i ask, someone will let me take a spin on a superfreak, matrix, rickter, wamilton,eme, or XFT hull i've got plenty of other pipe dreams to chase than riding one of these stunt hulls.



and is the 500 and your black boat saying it wont break in 10 min or wont break at all.... i'd be careful if you are saying it wont break at all because alst time i checked its not wise to write checks with your mouth when other peoples asses are going to have to cash them.....

if you were making a product dont you think it would be finished properly before you send it out.... guess thats the team bill way..... eh... we'll let the customer do the finish work since we are selling it so cheap....

seems like ya'll need to take a few classes in brand management, marketing, and customer service......

that plate reminds me of when WF was pissed at edwin and slapped together one as a big FU to him.

that carbon/kevlar plate is currently falling apart bolted to my ski.

If I paid my other friend 50.00 for a ride plate I would plan on a couple hours to make it look nice, however, if I paid him 250.00 for the same rideplate, I would expect it to be ready to bolt on and go!
