with the demonstrated quality of what Team Bill produces - I'll gladly pay full price for a new, quality built product from a known supplier that will stand behind his work and not lie time and time again about when he's going to ship it to me.

Or I'll make a mold and do it myself. A rideplate can't be that difficult to splash a mold.

Then go do it.. I'll buy one and pay full price. We will put it up against one of our parts.. Ours will be lighter and better... and thats not an opinion. its a fact. You all spend more time in front of the computer and less time in the shop working. Thats why you buy your parts from people like us who actually work for the sport and then people like you PENGUIN bash us when are boats are better.. Your just as dumb..

This thread is closed but I am going to interject here. I did not expect that the rideplate would look near as good as the 8 year old wammer plate that I am running. But to be honest, I was shocked at what I saw. The pictures do not show the quality. There is frayed edges, yes, this can be trimmed. The "D" cut out is not symmetrical or even centered. Also, I did not ask for a "D" cut plate. I hate "D" cut plates. Where the "D" cut is, it is delaminated in that section. As far as a mold goes, you can see the impressions where the pre 96 ride plate was used to splash the mold off of. The gelcoat is chipped all over it. There are pinholes all in it. And honestly, this thing looks like it came out of the trash pile. Definitely not first quality product.

I do not have a dime in this plate, Bill offered to make me 2 plates in trade for the use of the gun. I can guarantee you, if I made that offer, I would not have sent out something that looked like this. Nor would I have returned the gun with the epoxy cartridge stuck on the plungers. That only tells me that he does not take pride in his work or his WORD. To me, you only got 2 things in life. Your life and your WORD. without those, you dont have anything.

With that, I hope that anybody that chooses to buy any products from Bill do not get anything remotely like what I received from him. I wish him all the best of luck.
