Guys my Italian friend Valerios ski was just stolen from a hotel in Pismo.

It's starting to sound like this was a set up. I'm so pissed right now. Someone texted Valerio saying it was me and that "I" got a new number and that "I" had a friend interested in his ski. he went to pismo to meet this guy and got a hotel for the night. The guy wanted to test ride the ski

Woke up and he ski is gone. WTF.

the person claiming to be me knows about my dealings and carried on conversations impersonating me. Here is his phone number. 1-760-278-3528 I hope I find you :):):):)er impersonating me! :):):):) you!

the "buyer" is, we think, a member of this community. He's stated to Valerio that he seen the ski on the x.

His number is 1-510-863-1891. His number is from Oakland/san fansico area.

Both the phones now are not answering.

There re has been a police report made, they have video of a white truck taking Valerios ski in the middle of the night. They have these phone numbers. The police are pulling finger prints and I hope with the help of this community, we can bring this piece of :):):):) to light

this is all sorts of wrong and makes me sick. Please help.

Shady, sucks someone would be so low as to say they were you. We have such small community i'm sure someone will spot the ski or parts of it because of the unique colors.

This guy/s must be the biggest idiot in earth to think that his little dirty scam theft would work out in such a tight community. I hope you guys find the thief soon. We all know who owns BOBs around here (South Florida) as well as any other place in USA and will know if another bob shows up out of the blue.

Thats crazy, glad they have some evidence to work with, sad to know these low lifes are hanging around the community! Too many of these BS stories where stuff gets stolen by they jerks!

That BOB was probably the one of the worst skies the thieves could have stolen...all the unique colors/parts will hopefully help it get back to the owner. I mean, you could hardly steal a stock superjet without someone being able to identify it.

Make sure the police seize the video from the hotel ASAP - they often watch them or get told what's on them and they never get seized for evidence and therefore can't be used to prosecute the case once the perp is arrested.

My friend had a ski stolen off his trailer in his driveway.

The way he recovered it was posting a reward on CL.

One of the guys friends ratted him out to get the reward money.

For some reason or another the kid never got charged for stealing the ski, but at least my friend got his ski back.

So thats always an option.
