It's not cast. It's billet .
It was nikasil, but cylinder was powered coated , that's why it looks like that .

I have an extra Kart tank I can sell you for $50 shipped if you are interested in going that route.
I wouldnt want to grind that much on a brand new beautiful hull just to get that tank to fit in there. Even after getting it in there, it will always be a pain to get out and in and strapping it in will suck.

The Kart tank is the worst thing to happen to standup skis since the SeaDoo 3D, fact.

Seems to work fine for people in certain riding conditions....definitely not for people that want to ride around for more than 30-45 minutes at a time. I was just offering an option for help, not trying to derail this thread.
