We will be south of access Rd 1 as usual. Last year they kicked us all the way down to corpus city limit, I don't think that will be an issue this year, since we won't be there during SandFest.

UPDATE... possibly Galveston as it's a lot closer still for some people

I will be going to Surf side for this.... I can't justify the extra long drive when I can stay at my timeshare in Jamaica beach... so I will either ride in or near galveston or go down to surf side.... i'll be going down Thursday, riding Friday/sat then have to head home sunday.... Not to take away from Port A, but that is just too far for me with zero benefits except hanging with the guys... so lmk if anyone is down

Krenn, I might rent a house in Surfside that weekend. If you want to meet up and ride, let me know. Might need help getting my Blaster in the water, though, as I've never ridden in the surf and drive a car.

Galveston has a ton of stuff to do, so being I'll be staying in Jamaica beach, Im not sure why nobody has done a ride in Galveston. Back in the day I use to make monthly trips to play in the waves during the day, then party at night in Galveston... Unfortunately I can't stay Sunday, I have a flight leaving DFW so being the extra 2 hrs closer would be a safety net for me should anything happen on the way home sunday. Also, my timeshare I have booked will save me another $2-300 even compared to splitting rent on a house. I hope you guys have a blast, but my option was to go to Galveston if I went at all.... So if anyone else can't go down to Port a PM me and we'll have a small "free ride" in galveston area

I'll be in Surfside the weekend of April 1-3 for pretty much the same reason. Happy to ride anywhere between Surfside and Galveston. Will need help getting my ski in the water, though, since I have a car (not a 4x4 truck) and no experience getting my Blaster in the water from the beach. Looking forward to it.

I'll launch either in Jamaica beach, or I will launch first public access going south down the island from galveston city itself...
