2018 rickter edge fr build questions

Industrial strength velcro strap with the 3rd bolt for ebox mount ran through it. I dont ride with the extinguisher just had it there for fish and game inspection to get a HIN. I use it for tow strap now

I know theyre both easy fixes. But for what the system cost, I shouldnt have to modify it to make it work...

BK is saying that actually is the trim limiter, it is designed to touch like that, that's why it has the slot that allows you too adjust it. As for the bolt, Rickters usually come with a shorthead bolt for the pumps, but the threads normally aren't long enough to add the trim cable bracket, file or grind it down.
Everytime I hear 'It cost so much it should be perfect, when talking about aftermarket parts it makes me change the channel!

I know it is the limiter and it is supposed to touch. Im just saying that the contact patch should be bigger on something like that. Paint on the reduction nozzle is already chipping just from lever adjustment, and it will just keep digging as it is used. As for the bolt, the rickter didn't come with any bolts, at all. Even then, the trim system is not rickter specific...
