money can buy a name. money can buy all kinds of stuff.

it cant buy experience.

It sure can buy alot of Cl's though!:beerchug: :trink26:

On another note, practice makes perfect. Chemicals are very tricky to work with... there are many factors involved especially when making big parts . He will learn, but give him a year or two!

and also, I think he better get himself one of those Ford 4x4 F250's to run over the hoods and do quality control like Chris did!:woot: :drive:

word! but maybe it should be a chevy!

Well I just ordered a carbon fiber chinpad from Mark and spoke to him on the phone. He sounds like a really cool guy. Appreciate the great deal Mark.

When I spoke to him he was actually pulling the chinpads out of the mold so this one will actually be made by him and not a leftover from Chris. Im not worried though. With Chris helping him get started I'm sure it will be great. Besides it sounds like he is definitely going to stand by his products.

I'll post pics of the chindpad when i receive it.

I also don't see whats so wrong with him giving away free stuff/really good deals.

There was a thread not too long ago that Chuckie told a new engine builder to offer some free service to an up and coming freestyler and prove that they can in fact build good motors. Paul then jumped in on the thread and basically agreed with him.

They're absolutely right. Mark isn't trying to buy friends as someone said earlier. He is just trying to prove that he has what it takes to build freestyle products. In my opinion thats a great business decision.

By the way none of that came from Mark. Thats just my theory so go ahead and flame away. I could careless.

did you buy or get for free

I bought it and Mark hooked me up with a killer deal on it. Like I said before this is Marks chance to get his products out there to prove to everyone that he can make good freestyle products.

I think he knows and won't mind that I'll give a complete review of the chinpad with pictures of the chinpad as soon as I receive it.

What do you mean by that. :dunno: The chinpad I'm buying from him is not a leftover. It was made today.

Maybe some of the stuff might be leftover, but Im not too sure though.

I still think its a good business decision to give away stuff to get your products out there and have people give reviews on your products.

The only people that he is supposedly getting to like him by giving away free stuff is the people that are acutally receiving free stuff which is about what maybe 5-10 people? I dont think he is counting on those 5-10 people to support his business. There is only so many foot holds you can install in a ski:biggthumpup:
