New 3/5 Gallon Tanks for TNT, RRP, PFP & B-pipe

Well I really don't feel like (or have time for) another full batch of tanks right now, but several people really want them so I am considering making a small batch of 5 tanks. The price would go up a bit on these since the laser cutter/bender would charge me more for the smaller amount. I would also go back to the 6 bolt pattern to give the most options on fuel cell caps. Price on the tank would be $279 + shipping (without the fuel cell cap, I could order/install them as requested, or DIY). All tanks would come with battery trays, dual pickups, fuel level tube, and carbon tank stops. I would need 5 people to sign up for them before I put in the order...

I would say consider your selfs lucky and jump on that. I really didn't think he would do another run not at least till winter time. If then!

Or I could just stick with the 10-bolt cap assembly included for $319. All five tanks need to be done the same way though.

whats the difference in the 6 bolt vs 10 bolt gas caps? My buddy is lookin for a tank, ill talk to him and see if he has the $$ right now for one.

The 10 bolt cap is cheaper, but is not interchangeable with any other cap assemblies. The 6 bolt one is pretty much universal, there are probably 5-6 different types of cap assemblies that you could use.

The 10 bolt is stainless steel. We're as the 6 bolt seems to be galvanized

10 bolt sounds like the winner to me. Talked to my friend and he will for sure buy one, do you need a deposit? we don't want to miss out. He would like to have the gas lever tube installed and also need the fuel pickups to be the same depth in the tank, this may be standard practice...?

Eh, the powdercoating lead time can be a pain depending on when you order it. Does prevent waterspots though...

Looks like as of now there is 4 ppl down for a battery tray tank. So, when do you start production ? Just wondering how long would it be till they will be ready to ship(guesstimate)? We have a makeshift tank in right now to get us by, but its held together by 5200 and rivets haha, not sure how long it will last.
