Good stuff... Don't give up!!!

Just an idea. Another member stood his SN on end, put a plug or board over the holes like where you've cut, and then layed the glass in from inside the gunwales. That way its more sturdy and you can round it off from the outside.

did you use the fire wall from the superjet or the 300?

seems to be superjet firewall

"decided to just completley remove bulkhead and fit in the superjet bulkhead so that i could move it back and make the stock shaft work and the motor will sit back further. started glassing that in and bolted up the pump so i could see how far it was going to stick out. think its all fitting in perfect how i was planning now i just have to finish a bunch of glass work and reinforce."

yup its the superjet bulkhead just chopped down to almost nothing to fit. either use the superjet bulkhead or reinforce the :):):):) out of the 300 one.

the only problem with cutting all the way to the bulkhead and trying to glass it in as one piece is to make it fit you have to cut a little from the top and a little from the bottom of the bulkhead you cant just cut what you need from the top or your mid shaft assemb. wont fit... if that makes sense?
