Progress report, Removed the house from the mold looks like its 1/8-3/16 thick all over ill add some aluminum stiffeners where the seat goes smooth it out and get it ready for paint. Rough cut and she fits perfect.

With the weather lately its time for some indoor work the donor 03 harness and MPEM was a complete wreck with corrosion and was unusable. I do have an 06 complete harness from the Polaris(Upgraded to 07+) less cluster as it was so sun faded it was unreadable so i tried the 03 cluster with the 06 set-up and to my surprise it works perfect I just had to add the mode and set buttons to the MPEM. I like the older needle display over the digital. The motor going in is an 06 so everything should be good to go. Now its time to add the CMD with AT and LCD.

This a really cool project! It's going to rip hard.

I have a JetMate also, and the biggest problem with them is that they do NOT have a self draining deck. My next mod with it will include one.
