If it's any consolation there are a lot of people like me reading these threads and learning from the Buzzard and others, but we usually don't post. So even if the OP may frustrate you many others are gaining knowledge.

Just to let people know. Know fixed. Was the carb signal due to the cross over in the protec inlet manifold. Filled it with devcon liquid metal. Now my ski reacts to the jet changes. Carbs dialed in now runs sweet on 120low, 1.5turns
125high 1.5 turns
20psi pop

Fill the cross-over!!! Jetting will change dramatically

Thanks to carbonx2 after researching what he said I knew that was the issue as tried everything else.
