Oh man some angry post readers here - but also some inspired folks! Gotta take the good with the bad! haha. I'll be traveling back east at the end of July - I'm hoping to take inventory and figure out where this project stands - I have a buddy that is willing to help finish it, but I can't ethically hand him a hull and a box of parts (even though he'd figure it out haha!).
My hopes are to have this thing finished and out in Colorado. I've been so busy biking and skiing I haven't really worried about this project but not having it finished kills me! Plus I need to finish the pole - which means I need some 2.5" dia. thin-ish wall aluminum (.080" - .120" max).
@j0hnny - I may take you up on that offer. I believe we had a surplus of bushings made back a few years when we were trying to sell custom made handle poles. - can you waterjet or laser cut anything? I have the CAD files for the pole for this ski, but never got the parts made and don't really feel like bandsawwing them, but it wouldn't be hard to do that either.
