We try to purchase parts from @JetManiac and @john zigler but sometimes have to resort to partzilla.com

Takes some more photos of the engine compartment in your ski and in addition posting them up here, just look at them until you can identify each item.

Don't work on it, just look at it.

The engine on your ski has a number of systems. Try to identify which goes with which:

Air Intake;
Fuel;
Exhaust;
Spark creation, timing and distribution;
Battery and electric charging

I looked for you for an actual oem Yamaha SERVICE Manual on ebay, and couldn't find one for your year. But look and save your search. Make sure it covers your model year.

Try to resist the urge to work on the engine of your ski without knowing what it is you want to do and have thoroughly determine the best approach to do it.

There will be times when it is broken and you have to take thing apart to test them, but resist the urge to take things apart now without a reason.
Found a tonne of service manuals here: https://www.x-h2o.com/threads/servi...uides-–-wiring-diagrams-–-software-etc.74013/

I want to believe this... I would order a new XFR right now if this were true, but it just doesn't seem possible. Whats the lengths on that thing with the full rideplate?

Um idk. It's flush with the back of the hull. I dont have the rear sponsons bolted on either.

I'm going to get a video this week of me riding my xfr. Just to finally put the naysayers to rest. I will foot launch it from my trailer. Ride it 1 miles down river all around the pylons of the 2 bridges. And then back 3 miles up river to the spot where all the guides get salmon. I'll have my friend with his superjet with me. And I'll be ahead the entire time. I will also get a video of some 360s and barrel rolls.

I have ran supertec on my dasa. It doesn't really matter. I usually run redline because it's free for me. But if I'm out of gas at the river and want to ride, I have no problem at all us9ng my buddies 91 mixed supertec.

Somehow I didn't know that Partzilla had ski parts.

I usually get OEM from Jetmaniac, but on our side of the border, if you need it within two weeks, Yamaha dealers are fastest (usually a day or two), followed closely by Remi Voyer (Quebec Jet Crew). You can find him on facebook. Remi also stocks a lot of aftermarket parts.
