Received mine! My hood is much lighter than a Blaster, so 'assist' lift will probably be more like 'I got this' lift. Not at the point of mockup, maybe today.

Best thing you can do!!! It adds strength to the hood even when closed. The hood feels more solid and you don't have all that side by side slop!!
Great part and a must have!!!
