Hey guys,
I am new to the site and this is my first post. I have been riding stand ups for about 5-6 years and love to chase boats out at Miller park and the delta. I recently picked up a 92 SN superjet with a 08 rebuilt 701 already thrown in, besides that it is mostly stock.
Unfortunately I got dooped and found a bunch of cracks along the tray, and it seems like the rear ended is just soaking up water. Water will drip on the inside of the exhaust flange on to my garage floor months after I had the ski in the water, I believe she’s waterlogged, but fortunately I found a pretty bad ass 95 hull with a x-metal handle pole, Versiplug scupper, beefy handle pole bracket, carbon fiber blowsion hood, footholds, smoothed over nose, tubbies, and the entire ski is reinforced.
I have a few questions as I will be swapping my 701 from the 92 hull, basically should everything bolt up? I have read some threads saying my mid shaft could be a different size? If so, can someone point me in the right direction of getting the correct size? Also the new hull is set up for dual cooling but my pump is not, so I just cap that second line for now? Any gaskets I need to replace? Any help would be much appreciated!
