Its going ok decided to redo my tray, lowering it where my footholds will b, almost ready to glass it, kinda glad i did and kinda glad i didnt do it got a lot of weight out of it, the bob fiberglass pieces were super heavy so go most of them cut out, i didnt foam it very good the first time lots of voids, then when i poured 2 part for the gunwales, the 2 part got all the way down to bottom of hull blocking my drain plugs on one side,

also have me a 24/7 style lowered hood comeing from skibum with 6 handholds

Waiting for resin to show up, decided to put stuff in engine bay and mock it up c how it looked, thinking of puttin battery in diffrent location, only place i can realy go is far back left corner but then itll partialy block scupper tube, guess i could make some mounts and pick it up lil higher

I plan on going with these as well, read through your thread after seeing the picture. Also going to shorten the hull and build a new lowered hood, basically just feed toby dolla bills and beer

There pretty good the fiberglass pieces they send u that u have to epoxy in are pretty heavy, some guys r just ordering the pods and the hardware and reinforceing the gunwales heavily,

Got the tray glassed, weighed hull no hood on bathroom scale 125pds, sanding for paint
