ok so its time to move into a roundie...got my hull this weekend...shes not pretty but is solid and dry...the bottom is clean...ill post pics tonight..i though i uploaded them to photobucket but i guess i didnt

the hull has a one way and some kicker footwells
its been reinforced but the ribs wernt ground down

first things first i removed the turf and im gonna grind the ribs out today

parts/plans that i have/are going on the ski are:

tubbie 1s

remove the footwells and glass in a metal plate to anchor the footstraps to

re-reinforce the whole thing with 1 layer of fiberglass and 1 layer of carbon

carbon nose cover

waterdawg lowered hood and nose piece..ill probally reinforce the liner before i install it

umi -2 pole

blowsion lowered bracket

umi steering -1

umi 4deg bars

tdr waterbox out the back

lpw ported 701 lightened flywhel modified stock cdi

full spectrum 49 carb

billit couplers

stockpump with bored nozzel

prop?...i dont know what the pitch is on the one off my square but i like it so ill probally keep it

dcut plate

limiting rope

hood straps

monkeygrip motormounts

kenney keepers

factory bpipe

ill get some pics of the build process as i go along

oh yea guys any suggestions on paint color would be great its gotta be bright!!!!!!!

so it can be reinforced properly....the bond rail was filled but he didnt do a great job laying up the cloth

LOL! I hadn't even looked at all the pictures before you said that. On the gas cap cover, it's labeled... "The Beast".

I was looking for a super cheap 650 hull and found that. Ok... I'm telling stories again. That is my custom ski.

after removing all the turf i found the tray to be reinforced with a few layers of carbon kevlar...that will save me some work...

you wanted bright... decal it up with black and silver decals. done

so plans for the weekend are to pour 2part foam in the voids in the nose and re glass the pole bracket area and lay at least another lyer in the engine compartment...pour 2part in the footwells and fill em leaving a small toe pocket on the right side...ill post some pics when im done

finished deturfing last night..and did one of many washes to the engine compartment..it is filthy...

im pretty sure the one way is blown out..im probally just gonna fil it with 5200 and call it good
