Freestyle Ada head not sealing

Honestly both. It was mentioned a few times to add a gasket. This would not have helped anything with a sleeve that was too tall. It is easy for all of us to give advice. Given information we have we try to give the best we can but that can be dangerous. Months ago a guy had a 701 BPipe chamber listed. Think he may have been asking was it a mod or limited. Cannot remember but I looked at it and let him know it was a 650 chamber. He lowered the price and sold it. Either he had posted a different pic that I did not see, cannot remember, but it ended up just the angle making it look like a 650 chamber. He lost money on bad info I had given him. I felt bad and offered to send him difference. He refused to let me... lesson learned.

No one ever said a gasket would fix it. Look at order of posts. Original poster found the sleeves weren't level and he said he was gonna have it machined, and then the talk about gasket and or domes started.

The suggested advise was to deck and use gasket to correct squish clearance with disreguard to effect on port timing. Lets not revisit this and keep it as a lesson learned. Happy the OP is on track to a positive resolution.

Ski ya, Paul

Well guys the thing runs like a bat out of hell now! No issues whatsoever. Thanks for all the info I can finally ride the ski I bought hahaha. Even though I pancakes the cr*p out of it. Need to learn how to spin flat and not sideways haha. Again thanks for all the info!!
Happy riding, Alex

And I think I need to invest in some shin guards haha. Foot slipped out when I pancaked and smacked it on the tray sides. Or just suck it up and learn how to ride

what oil did you run? its probably just a bad oil thing, make sure to use the best oil in the future

Only garlic oil goes in my skis. The looks on people’s faces when that baby fires up and the smell of freshly baked garlic bread wafts out of the pipe is priceless. And believe me I know the secrets. Never put that stuff in your gas. No pre mix needed. Just unscrew that weird little nob on the top of your stator cover and dump the hole dang gallon in there. Need more? Pull those spark plugs and give that beast of an engine a power injection of oil. Works just like nitrous. ;)
