Freestyle Affordable Power......... It's COMING

No need for race gas. I run the 950 Polaris engine Erik built with nikasil cylinders and power valves on 93 octane with no carbon build up. Just need to use a quality oil designed for power valves. Race fuel would just be wasting money and defeat the purpose of this being an economical power plant.

so..... 3 days later, where's the ride report? you guys kill me. im ready to see some video that has one in running in it and not the video of the superfreak with the dasa in it haha.

If you are talking about the vid I posted to start this thread, that was a superfreak with a 10mil non powervalve True Performance motor. Not a dasa.

? the first post in thread has the tp motor in it,with no powervalves and not tuned spot on pulling big back flips with a newb rider...will u be any less impressed when you ride one?

Alrighty, here it is! Left my ski with Erik for a few days to get the new 964 SS installed in my B1. Picked it up Friday and swung by the ramp on the way up to the Hunt Club ride for a quick test.

Setup is as follows:
Stock electronics with MSD CDI
Dual 48 Novi's
Mod B-Pipe
Solas Mag
True Performance 964 SS :Banane01:

I am coming off a 5mil DASA setup to give you an idea of what I have been running.

My feelings about the motor are as follows:

My 828 was a great setup, however it just seemed to hit and die off when I needed the power the most. The True Performance 964 SS signs on right off idle and just pulls like a freight train all the way through max RPM.
When I hit the gas on my old 828 the ski wouldn't leave the water, with the 964 the hull jumps out of the water no problems. This thing screams, so torquey and fun to ride.
Can't wait to get it in the surf, this is definitely going to help with getting more loads more air :) . We have some footage from the weekend, this thing was launching me off some boat wakes! Josh will be posting pics soon!

You will not be disappointed with this setup!

Excuse the cell phone footage, GoPro footage coming soon :)

Wow can only imagine that motor in an a/m standup hull

The weight of the B1 is definitely felt, I rode a similar setup in an lighter AM hull and I think I can speak for all who rode it down in NC that it was unbelievable! Even in the B1, the motor can power through turns like butter!

Will do! Spent all day Saturday chasing boats up in MD, cant wait to see the footage. 900 pics taken from the boat, 2 gopros running along side! Should be good!
