Antigravity Batteries

Yeah 3 yrs and counting on my oem sea doo, they work flawlessly.

I have had 2 now that stick closed, but it only seems to be when using too small a battery for my application or the battery is low. Scary as licorice cause ski will just start trying to turn over, and only way to get it to stop is to pull the battery.

Let me know how it works, I have 3 skis with lithiums, 2 on charging 1 on total loss. Would be good to know before overcharging on the charging systems

I have a project in the works, going to put the transmitter and a LVD circuit board into a ip68 enclosure. If AG wont put battery protection on the 1601 I figure i'll just do it myself. Ill let you know how it goes.

Throw in a small box an inverter, lithium charger and battery for charging; boost ur power at least once after riding and no worries...that's what I do.

I use the antigravity and when I get them I sand and seal the seam and around the posts with west systems six10 and they last a pretty good while. I also use a msd quick connect so I’m not ever messing with the battery posts when disconnecting the battery.
I went through a couple batteries pretty quick but later found out that it was my starter killing them. I thought I was good since it was a jm rebuilt oem but it was all rusted up inside. Don’t forget to seal and tape the seams of your starter as well. If your starter is getting hard to turn it could be your culprit. I got a couple years out of one and @skinnyman is on his 3rd year

Great info on how you seal the AG battery and also using the disconnects to lessen the wear on the terminals. I have always worried about any possible power drop by adding 3 more connections in each cable.

Sorry to hear about your starter! Just looked it up and I think we rebuilt yours from a prior water problem in 12/17. Did you determine where the water intrusion was from? Through the nose or through the starter body or seals? We like to get any feedback on any of our starters that fail even well out of warranty.

Pretty slick! I just installed mine I’m gonna monitor it for a week and see what the standby usage is. You can also set two different battery voltage notifications. Very cool deal
