Anyone know what kind of pipe this is?

uh, I would not necessarily call that matched up. The flange on the stock pipe attacheds to the headpipe, then the rubber boot goes over and acts like a waterjacket.

These are two completely different chambers, the last one I posted was just some food for thought for the guys talking about a chamber that attaches to the stock manifold. I do not own that part nor do I know anything about it.

Either way, that stock manifold is very inefficient.

The B pipe manifold is hardly better.

alright, alright... you guys I'm done pulling your chain.

I've been wanting to make this for quite some time now and I was curious on what you guys thought if I didn't say "look what I made".

I've always wanted to make an expansion chamber like this so I figured I'd give it a try and you've seen the finished product.

Also just so no one thinks I'm BS-ing here's proof.

Its of similar shape to the limited chamber but about 20% larger body.

After I put some hard hrs on her I'd like to cap the end and convert it to center bleed style then run it for a comparison.

HA!!! Got em............. Got em.

A very small portion of the already very small community of jetski'ers have access to the tools required to make a pipe nor would even want to.

But I guess if enough people want them I suppose.

Guys in the vintage two stroke motorcycle world build chambers all the time.

From rolling comes to hydro forming, there are some cool methods out there. You can't just be a good pipe builder though, you must be a good tuner or you will need stock in Pistons to keep freshening up motors when they melt down.

Pipe looks great though! Let us know how it works out

Now make some outlandish claims about how your pipe make about 40hp more than a power factor. Maybe give it a name, like Firecracker, or Dynamite. A few suckers will think you're the sweet Jesus of pipe tuning and lick your azz all the way to the bank! Lol

Your certainly not gonna get rich but i bet more people than you think would be all ober it if they met up with an afordable manifold. Fp is so difficult to get a hold of and stainless is easier to work with than aluminium

It's not one of my pipes.
But looking at it. It' appears to be setup for factory B manifold head pipe setup.
Could fit kawi or Yamaha looking at the shape
