Truefully my hat is off to you for even attempting something like this, knowing what I know about the finikiness of PWC customers I know I wouldn't want to invest my money in anything parts related, hopefully it will all work out.Wow, talk about a bad night. We have had some header pipes go out where they have repaired them when it leaked. We never authorized this and we are in absolute shock over it. We have had the foundry company make them all again and we will replace all the ones repaired like that no questions asked. I don't know what to say. The sample we got was not the same as some of the product they sent to the warehouse. We check some of the product in the warehouse but we cant check it all. If you are one of these people please send me an email or a private message and we will make it right. If you feel the need to bash us over this please don't. We have a huge amount of money tied up in this and the loss to us is huge. We will be putting it right and sorting every one out who has a substandard pipe.
Thank you, I really mean this so much. We are trying so hard and it was a big undertaking and it’s bitten us. We will fix this issue, we will always treat people how we expect to be treated.Truefully my hat is off to you for even attempting something like this, knowing what I know about the finikiness of PWC customers I know I wouldn't want to invest my money in anything parts related, hopefully it will all work out.

Thanks mate for the message. It’s on the Inside of the bend and where the centre screw is. I would rather have not even run the centre screw in hindsight but that’s another thing. When the new units arrive we will be shipping them out, we really appreciate your patience in all of this.Hello Wax. Would you let us know what to look for? Sadly not only do we not have water in California but I’m out on back surgery till at least next summer so I won’t be able to test it.
Btw thanks for everything and please take my money for the coming chamber as this is going on my 12 yo’s SN.
Pm me a picture of it please, I can see if its a problem one. if this is the case then I will replace it. Of course to be replaced I will need to see a picture of the original one destroyed. So are we all getting replacements or just the ones with issues. Mine is wrapped up in my parts box for future use

You know what, this whole thing has cost us close to 10k. But we would rather do the right thing by people than maximize a profit. Wax racing will always treat people the way we would expect to treated. That being said, The person that can post the most creative way to destroying the header pipe so it is unusable gets a free hoody.Hydraulic press and a scatter sheild anyone, I double dog dare ya !
Thank you, this was a major undertakingI received my head pipe yesterday and it looks awesome! Thanks again to @waxhead for doing this. So here are some pictures for those waiting or on the fence...

The finish is really nice and could go directly to the powder coater but would take some time to get smooth enough to polish.
I have no clue if mine is one of the ones with the issue wax was talking about above as it looks fine to me.
There are only two things I am a little disappointed with about this head pipe.
1. The flat plate is not stamped "WAX RACING W-PIPE" or something like that.
2. I don't have a WAX chamber to complete this exhaust. Wax, please take my money.....
These look good, I’ll be buying one in a couple months if these become available on the website.Thank you, this was a major undertaking
