I am getting so annoyed waiting for Spring in NJ. I just got my chambers and manifolds ceramic coated (one for my new WF ski and the other for my 2001).
I had Team Scream do their stinger mod so that the the end of the chamber is the last point that the acoustic exhaust wave "sees" (kind of like creating an impedance mismatch to promote reflection for electromagnetic and physics geeks out there). This way I can run Pat's (X Metal) low restriction, lightweight resonator without detracting from the pipe's performance.
Pat just finished two of his resonators (Abe at Northgraphics also got one). I heard this run dry yesterday and it wasn't too bad, so I bought one (I always seem to leave Pat's with a ton of goodies, it can be dangerous stopping by there  ) With water running through it, it should be pretty tolerable. The biggest advantage is that it holds only a fraction of the water that the stock or TDR waterboxes hold, making the nose a few pounds lighter. This version has a couple extra baffles and they are repositioned compared to the one that he ran at Daytona.
Contact Pat or Team Scream for more info as I don't know all of the details as to what is done to the chamber.
For those in the Tampa area, A-1 Ceramic coating did the ceramic and it was $200.00 for the two chambers and two manifolds (inside and out on all). That's not too bad and the quality is pretty good.
