It looks like we are sold out of B1 shoes already. Thanks everyone. The next run is in the works, and I'll take prepaid orders for those that need one right away.

Our B1 shoe could be bored out to about 155, but like the WDK SJ shoe it will lose most of the ring that bonds to the hull. The flat area that srews to the hull would be intact. Also, the pump tract in the hull will have a step in it that may cause cavitation issues if not addressed. Another problem would be determining exactly where the center of your pump sits compared to a stock B1 pump. Boring the shoe a couple mm high or low would certainly cause problems.

Yes, I see now. Very good points. The way to go about it would be a bigger tunnel that will fit a B2 shoe without boring. And I don't see that much room in the B1 to do that. Hmmmmmmmmmm...thanks

I just broke mine today. I hope you still have them available. Thank God I didn't lose my Worx intake grate.

Another question: how hard is it too install? I noticed on your site it states to use Bostik 940FS to install. I am assuming this can be picked up at my local West Marine?

I am ordering my shoe right now. Thanks.

John, your pump shoe shipped out today. Once you tear out the plastic one, installing the new part is easy. Just do a test fit without glue for alignment, and proceed once you have it lined up. Once it's bonded in, you can match the ring dia. to your wear ring for a perfect fit. It usually takes me about an hour to put one in, and a little time matching the ring the following day.
