you can use the stock tank fine, just needs to make mount points for it as your are doing the install fiberglass work. Im selling these for $500 shipped. I am also making some nose kits for the SN and SXR to shorten them up and increase rocker. Maybe a RN too here soon as i am in progress of destroying my RN :)
SN pics should be up soon

Just a little food for thought but i belive the idea is good and will work but its a bit rough looking(not the lay up just the shaping) looks like my first design which i trashed as it reminded me of an angry buldog, nose goes way to high you def wont front flip this baby down the face of a wave and will def make flipping easier I also got a surf board shaper to help me with the asthetics of my noses as it has to work well but also look good nothing worse than an ugly looking blaster good luck

I don't think this is anything different than installing tubbies....just more work of course!
...make sure to glass the joint areas really well, inside and out.
You can Gel coat afterward.

go ahead and hate :) im not here to be the best or pretend i got the best. its a cool piece, very functional, well made and easy install. if you can do footholds or tubbies this is no different. ive yet to have anyone suggest changes but im not against constructive criticism from a legit rider

i am getting ready to go glass up mine in a few minutes. trust me, whether you buy the kit or build your own youll probably spend about the same. This kit looks like it would be a piece of cake to install compared to the route i took. and they look about the same other than mine starts all the way back at the bed plate for the motor. a little less steep in the front but i have to go with an am tank and a waterbox under the seat. Build to come soon
